LICENSE AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS OF EMPLOYER. 1. Every Employer signatory shall be in compliance with the California State License Law where required by law to perform the work covered by this Agreement and shall carry Worker's Compensation Insurance and shall comply with all Federal, State, and Municipal laws pertaining to the work covered by this Agreement, and to all health and safety regulations and rules of the State, Federal and Municipal Departments, Commissions and Health Offices, including the rules and regulations of the Industrial Safety Commission and/or CAL/OSHA.
