Notice of Modification. On or before March 15, 2016, the signatory FCA affiliate organizations, District Council of Painters No. 36, or any signatory hereto, may give notice of desire to open the Agreement for modification. If such notice is given, the terms and provisions of such contract will remain in effect until the effective date of any new Agreement. It is provided, however, that at any time following June 30, 2016 it shall not be a violation of this Agreement for the Union to engage in strike or other lawful economic concerted activities in support of its contractual demands.

Notice of Modification. 36.01 This Agreement shall continue in force from year to year thereafter, unless in any year not more than ninety (90) days and not less than thirty (30) days before the anniversary date, either party furnishes the other with notice of modification or proposed revisions to this Agreement.

Borrower shall promptly give Administrative Agent written notice of any changes or modifications in existing contracts pertaining to the Premises or its Improvements to which Borrower is a party, if any single change or modification results in an adjustment of Twenty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000.00) or more or the changes and modifications in the aggregate result in an adjustment of Seventy-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($75,000.00) or more.

If either the Association or the College desires to modify this Agreement for a successive term, it shall attempt to give as much advance notice as possible to the other party, preferably by December 1 of the academic year in which the Agreement expires.
