Common use of License by AlayaCare to Use and Access the Services Clause in Contracts

License by AlayaCare to Use and Access the Services. AlayaCare grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable (except pursuant to this Section 5.1 and Section 12.5 (Assignment) below) right to access and use, and permit Customer’s Users to access and use, the Services during the Term. Subject to the limited rights granted to Customer under this MSA, AlayaCare reserves all rights, title and interest in and to the Services, including all related intellectual property rights to the underlying software and integrated services.
