License During the Research Term. Alnylam hereby grants to Roche an exclusive, non-royalty-bearing right and license, with the right to grant sublicenses as set forth in Section 3.1(d), under Alnylam’s rights to the Alnylam Technology, to perform the activities assigned to Roche under the Joint Research Plan in the Field in the Territory during the Research Term.
