Common use of License Grants Clause in Contracts

License Grants. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, M.I.T. hereby grants to COMPANY and its AFFILIATES for the TERM a royalty-bearing license under the PATENT RIGHTS to develop, make, have made, use, sell, offer to sell, lease, and import LICENSED PRODUCTS in the FIELD in the TERRITORY and to develop and perform LICENSED PROCESSES in the FIELD in the TERRITORY.

License Grants. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, M.I.T. XXXXXXXXX hereby grants to COMPANY and its AFFILIATES for the TERM a an exclusive, royalty-bearing license under the PATENT RIGHTS to research, develop, make, have made, use, sell, have sold, offer to sell, lease, and import LICENSED PRODUCTS in the FIELD in the TERRITORY and to develop and perform LICENSED PROCESSES in the FIELD in the TERRITORY.

License Grants. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including without limitation Sections 2.5 and 3.1(g), M.I.T. hereby grants to COMPANY and its AFFILIATES for the TERM a an exclusive royalty-bearing license under the PATENT RIGHTS to develop, make, have made, use, sell, offer to sell, lease, import and import export LICENSED PRODUCTS in the FIELD in the TERRITORY TERRITORY, and to develop develop, perform, practice, sell, and perform offer to sell LICENSED PROCESSES in the FIELD in the TERRITORY.

M.I.T., for itself and on behalf of HARVARD, HOSPITAL and WXXXXXXXX, hereby grants to COMPANY and its AFFILIATES for the TERM a royalty-bearing license under the PATENT RIGHTS to develop, make, have made, use, sell, offer to sell, lease, and import LICENSED PRODUCTS in the FIELD in the TERRITORY and to develop and perform LICENSED PROCESSES in the FIELD in the TERRITORY.

License Grants. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, M.I.T. hereby grants to COMPANY and its AFFILIATES for the TERM a royalty-bearing worldwide license under the PATENT RIGHTS to develop, make, have made, use, sell, offer to sell, lease, and import LICENSED PRODUCTS in the FIELD in the TERRITORY and to develop and perform LICENSED PROCESSES in the FIELD in the TERRITORYFIELD.

License Grants. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including the Retained Rights in Section 2.5 below, M.I.T. hereby grants to COMPANY and its AFFILIATES for the TERM a royalty-bearing license under the PATENT RIGHTS rights in the TANGIBLE PROPERTY to develop, make, have made, use, sell, offer to sell, lease, and import LICENSED PRODUCTS in the FIELD in the TERRITORY and to develop and perform LICENSED PROCESSES in the FIELD in the TERRITORY and to perform LICENSED SERVICES in the FIELD in the TERRITORY.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, M.I.T. hereby grants to COMPANY and its AFFILIATES for the TERM a an exclusive (subject to Sections 2.2, 2.6 and 3.1(a)) royalty-bearing license under the PATENT RIGHTS to develop, make, have made, use, sell, offer to sell, lease, and import LICENSED PRODUCTS in the FIELD in the TERRITORY and to develop and perform LICENSED PROCESSES in the FIELD in the TERRITORY.

License Grants. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, M.I.T. hereby grants to COMPANY and its AFFILIATES for the TERM a royalty-bearing nonexclusive license under the PATENT RIGHTS to develop, make, have made, use, sell, offer to sell, lease, and import LICENSED PRODUCTS in the FIELD in the TERRITORY and to develop and perform LICENSED PROCESSES in the FIELD in the TERRITORY. Neither COMPANY nor its AFFILIATES shall have the right to enter into sublicensing agreements.

License Grants. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, M.I.T. hereby grants to COMPANY and its AFFILIATES for the TERM a TERM: (a) an exclusive (subject to Sections 2.2, 2.6 and 3.1(a)) royalty-bearing license under the PATENT RIGHTS to develop, make, have made, use, sell, offer to sell, lease, and import LICENSED PRODUCTS in the FIELD in the TERRITORY and to develop and perform LICENSED PROCESSES in the FIELD in the TERRITORY.

License Grants. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, M.I.T. LICENSOR hereby grants to COMPANY LICENSEE and its AFFILIATES ASSOCIATE S for the TERM a royalty-bearing license under the PATENT RIGHTS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY to develop, make, have made, use, sell, offer to sell, lease, and import LICENSED PRODUCTS in the FIELD in the TERRITORY and to develop and perform LICENSED PROCESSES in the FIELD in the TERRITORY.

License Grants. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, M.I.T. hereby grants to COMPANY and its AFFILIATES for the TERM a royalty-bearing license under the PATENT RIGHTS to develop, make, have made, use, sell, offer to sell, lease, and import LICENSED PRODUCTS in the FIELD in the TERRITORY and to develop and perform LICENSED PROCESSES in the FIELD in the TERRITORY.
