LICENSE; PUBLICITY. 9.1 The Publisher hereby grants AdPushup an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, fully-paid and royalty-free right to use, create derivative works from and sub-license (including without limitation, the right to grant further sub-licenses) the Publisher Data for the purposes of
(i) Aggregating and licensing the Publisher Data to third parties in connection with the Services and (ii) Providing and improving the Services.
9.2 The Publisher hereby grants AdPushup an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, fully-paid and royalty-free right to use and sub-license (including without limitation, the right to grant further sub-licenses) the Content for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Services.
