Publisher Data definition

Publisher Data means any and all data shared between the parties that may include, inter alia, device information, IDs, events, and country level geo location data. The Publisher Data includes, without limitation, data deemed as Personal Data and IDs all as detailed in Schedule 1 attached herein.
Publisher Data means, as of a date, data, to the extent such data exists and is in NewCo’s possession as of such date, about publishers for Content they provide for the NewCo Store (e.g. contact information for commercial publishers, publishers using the Publishing Services Platform, authors that publish to the NewCo Store through Microsoft Products and Services, association of Content with publishers, annotation of Content associated with such publishers, but excluding any data that is subject to limitation on transfers or sharing of such data in any agreements with publishers or digital content agreements), which data shall be provided in zip file or CSV format. NewCo will work in good faith with publishers and Microsoft to (a) obtain provisions in agreements entered into with publishers after the Effective Date to permit enabling such transfer or sharing, or (b) avoid provisions in such agreements entered into with publishers after the Effective Date which prohibit such transfers or sharing.
Publisher Data means data provided by a Publisher to the MediaGrid Platform that does not identify Grid or a Publisher or a Site (or information that the holder would already have had before it was provided by Grid) that the MediaGrid Platform uses for the day-to-day operation of the MediaGrid Platform, and which only includes Personal Data that is being used in accordance with all Applicable Data Protection Laws.

  • Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that all Publisher Data and Third Party Content is made available for Advertiser’s informational purposes only.

  • Advertiser acknowledges that Publisher Data, Third Party Content, and End User Information collected by Publisher (including Retained Information) may be used by Publisher, subject to Publisher’s Privacy Policy, for the purpose of providing relevant advertising to End Users viewing or using Publisher Properties or third-party digital Properties, and that such relevant advertising may include advertising provided for third parties, including third parties that Advertiser might consider to be competitors.

  • Such Reports or Customer Portal may also provide Advertiser with access to certain aggregated ratings, statistics, analysis, End User Information, or other meta-content (collectively, "Publisher Data").


More Definitions of Publisher Data

Publisher Data means (excluding Personal Data) electronic data and information submitted by, through or for Publisher to the Services or collected through automatic means permitted by Publisher for use within the Services.
Publisher Data means any and all Personal Data provided by the Publisher to Primis during its use of the Service, as detailed in Annex I attached herein.
Publisher Data means data derived from an Approved Vendor Cookie;
Publisher Data means data provided by Publisher to the MediaGrid Platform that does not identify Grid, a Media Buyer, Publisher or a Site (or information that the holder would already have in its possession before it was provided by Grid or to Grid) that the MediaGrid Platform uses for the day-to-day operation of the MediaGrid Platform, that only includes Personal Data that is being used in accordance with all Applicable Data Protection Laws. For clarity, Publisher Data does not include any Bid Data. "Renewal Term” is defined in the Term Sheet.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and its Subcontractors under this Order.

  • Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by Subscriber, Agents and End-Users in connection with Subscriber’s use of such Service, excluding Agent Contact Information.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.
