Technical Information definition

Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Non Commercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.
Technical Information means all and any trade secrets, secret formulae, processes, inventions, designs, know-how discoveries, technical specifications and other technical information (whether or not recorded in documentary form or on computer disk or tape) relating to the creation, production or supply of any past, present or future product or service of the Company or any Group Company;
Technical Information means all trade secrets and other proprietary or confidential information, public information, non-proprietary know-how, any information of a scientific, technical, or business nature in any form or medium, standards and specifications, conceptions, ideas, innovations, discoveries, Invention disclosures, all documented research, developmental, demonstration or engineering work and all other information, data, plans, specifications, reports, summaries, experimental data, manuals, models, samples, know-how, technical information, systems, methodologies, computer programs, information technology and any other information.

  • Vendor is required to advise the Board’s ITS Program Manager if the Technical Information for any Product(s) or Program(s) changes in any way during the Term of this Agreement, including any Renewal Terms.

Technical Information means technical, design, engineering, and manufacturing information and data pertaining to the design, manufacture, commercial production and distribution of Licensed Products in the form of designs, prints, plans, material lists, drawings, specifications, instructions, reports, records, manuals, other written materials, computer programs and software and other forms or media relating thereto.

Technical Information means the software, know-how, data, test result, layouts, artwork, processes, scripts, concepts and other technical information on or in relation to the Game and the installation, operation, maintenance, service and use thereof.

Know-how of LICENSOR's suppliers and of LICENSOR's other licensees and their sublicensees under licenses from LICENSOR shall not be considered Technical Information owned or controlled by LICENSOR.
Technical Information means that term as defined in section 5 of 1978 PA 472, MCL 4.415.
