License Renewal IPDP. This plan must be approved by the LPDC for licensure renewal as outlined in Article 19 of this agreement. If the IPDP is rejected, the LPDC shall give the member written reasons for rejection and the member shall have the opportunity to amend or alter the IPDP for resubmission. This plan will remain in effect until the license is renewed.
