LICENSE REQUIREMENT. Contractor’s attention is directed to Business and Professions Code Sections 7000 et seq. concerning the licensing of contractors. At the time Contractor submits its bid to the City and all times Contractor is performing the Work, Contractor shall have a valid license issued by the Contractors State License Board in the classification stated in the Special Provisions. Contractor and all subcontractors shall be licensed in accordance with the laws of this State and any contractor or subcontractor not so licensed is subject to penalties imposed by such laws.
