License to Authorized User. Conditioned upon compliance with the terms and conditions of this XXXX, Authorized User is hereby granted a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the Services, only for purposes approved by the Alliance in an approved Use Case, and to allow access to the Services by Licensed Users in accordance with an approved Use Case.
