Licensed Users or “Board Users” may be specified by the Provider but usually means those schools, classrooms, administrators, teachers, students, or parents/legal guardians licensed to access the Products. The number of Licenses provided shall be unlimited and shall be in effect through the Term or any Renewal Term, unless specifically stated otherwise by Provider and accepted by CPS in an addendum signed by the authorized representative of the Board and with the written approval of the Board’s General Counsel. Unless specifically stated otherwise, a Licensed User may continue to use the License throughout the Term or any Renewal Term of this Agreement, regardless of any transfer to any other CPS school during that Term.
Licensed Users means the number of licensed users which are authorised to access the Services under the Order Form each licence user being an individual (as may vary from time to time in accordance with this Agreement and the Order Form).

Examples of Licensed Users in a sentence
To enjoy further features or functionality or to add additional Licensed Users, the Customer may agree in writing with Be-Safe, in consideration of an upwards adjustment in the Charges and a change to the Pricing Package described in the Order Form that additional features and functionality may be purchased.
The form of the audit shall be limited to the Customer promptly providing any data or documents reasonably requested of them by Be-Safe in writing relating to their use of the Services (including by their Licensed Users).
More Definitions of Licensed Users
Licensed Users means users licensed to use the Licensed Products, in accordance with this Agreement. Licensed Users shall mean Customer.
