License to Meta-Data. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Customer hereby grants to Lacework and its Affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, and royalty-free license, during the Subscription Term, to use the Meta-Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service and Support to Customer.
