License to N-able Content. This paragraph applies to You only if You are an MSP. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your continuous compliance with the same, N-able hereby grants to You a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use, reproduce and distribute the N-able Content in Your marketing and advertising materials that are provided to Clients. No right to modify or prepare derivative works of the N-able Content (including any translation into another language) is granted to You.
