Demonstration License. If the Application Services, Software, and Documentation are provided to You for demonstration purposes, N-able grants to You a limited, revocable, non- exclusive, non-transferable license to use internally the Application Services, Software solely for demonstration purposes with Clients (a “Demonstration License”), subject to this Agreement and Your continuous compliance with its terms. The Demonstration License is not for production use. The Demonstration License shall terminate on the end date of the pre-determined evaluation period or immediately upon notice from N-able, in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding any other provision contained herein, the Application Services, Software, and Documentation provided pursuant to a Demonstration License are provided to You “AS IS” and without indemnification, liability, support, or statutory, express or implied warranty of any kind. Except to the extent such terms conflict with the specific Demonstration License terms set forth in this Section, all other terms of this Agreement shall apply to the Application Services, Software, and Documentation licensed under a Demonstration License

Demonstration License. In addition to the rights you grant to us to use the Customer Data in the Agreement, you hereby grant us the right and license to use the Customer Data to demonstrate to you features and functionality of additional products and services offered by us.
Demonstration License. If You have acquired a Demonstration License, QualiSystems grants You a temporary, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the Software for demonstration purposes only, during the term agreed upon between You and QualiSystems. In no event, and notwithstanding anything in these Terms to the contrary, may You distribute or transfer any applications You create with the Software.
Demonstration License. Other than with respect to the Adeneo Software, TI hereby grants to you a fully paid-up, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non- sublicensable worldwide license to demonstrate to third parties the Licensed Materials, or any derivative thereof, as they are intended to be used in OEM Products executing solely and exclusively on TI Devices, provided that such Licensed Materials, or any derivative thereof, are demonstrated in object or executable versions only and are not left with or retained by such third parties.
Demonstration License. If Software is licensed to Customer under an Demonstration License, Customer agrees that, NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY ELSEWHERE IN THIS AGREEMENT: (i) Customer may use such Software solely for non-production demonstration purposes (use for any other purposes, including without limitation, use in a production environment is strictly prohibited); (ii) the term (duration) of the demonstration license shall be as set forth in the Order Schedule or as otherwise specified by FFT in writing; (iii) such Software is provided on an "as is" basis, with no warranties of any kind; and (iv) FFT has no obligation to provide any Maintenance for such Software. Software licensed under a Demonstration License is to be used solely to demonstrate the Software, on a one-on-one basis, to end users or potential end users who are not competitors of FFT (or FFT’s affiliate, XXX.Xxxxxxxx Corporation), subject to any additional restrictions set forth in this Agreement and the Order Schedule. In addition to any other rights, FFT may terminate any no-charge Demonstration License at any time.
Demonstration License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for any given AP, DS grants Solution Provider a temporary, non-exclusive and non-transferable right and license to execute, reproduce and display, in Object Code form, the CATIA V5 Products and associated Documentation specifically designated in the corresponding PID as a prerequisite for that AP, and listed in the corresponding RFL(s) as duly accepted by DS, on the Designated Machine(s) identified in the corresponding RFL(s) and only for: (i) demonstrating to end users, potential end users or distributors of Solution Provider, the functioning of the AP(s), together with the related prerequisites CATIA V5 Product(s) and/or (ii) to provide before or after sales services (such as studies, training or consulting) using any AP(s) together with its prerequisite CATIA V5 Product(s) to prospective customers or customers in relation with the sale of any AP(s).
Demonstration License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this --------------------- Agreement, NTI grants to OEM the right during the term of this Agreement to use the TVS Software in the Field solely for the purpose of marketing and distributing the TVS System. Demonstration License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Commerce One hereby grants to Corio a nonexclusive, nontransferable (except in accordance with Section 14.1 of this Agreement) royalty-free, fully paid up right and license in the Territory, on Corio Servers, to make a reasonable number of copies of the Demonstration Software solely for demonstration purposes to potential Customers. Demonstration Software shall be made available to Corio's sales personnel and the parties agree to cooperate to make the Commerce One demonstration database available to Corio sales personnel on an ongoing basis.
