LICENSE TO PRACTICE. ‌ 25.01 It shall be the sole responsibility of the Employee to be registered with her professional association and to maintain a current license to practice nursing and/or psychiatric nursing in Saskatchewan. 25.02 The Employer shall pay license to practice fees in full for all Employees covered by this agreement. In instances where the Employee is registered with both the SRNA and the RPNAS, the Employer is only responsible for paying the higher of the two professional fees.
