License to the Documentation. Solely for purposes as required in accordance with this Agreement, Seller hereby grants to Buyer, under Seller"s intellectual property rights, a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display the appropriate Documentation for the Modems.

These rights are exercisable in any medium. Such license will include the right of HP to sublicense Distributors to achieve the foregoing. The right to modify and prepare derivative works and compilations is granted solely for the purposes of (i) combining documentation of more than one program or product, (ii) condensing Documentation, (iii) localizing Documentation, (iv) formatting and preparing Documentation for user accessibility, (v) updating Documentation as appropriate to account for changes to the associated Program, and (vi) re-branding in accordance with the terms of Section 4.3. HP will make no substantive representations concerning a Program except as set forth in the Documentation furnished to HP by Licensor and/or as set forth in this Agreement. If HP introduces errors or misrepresentations into the Documentation, then Licensor has no liability for such errors or misrepresentations.
