License to Use Systems and Software. Pershing hereby grants to Broker a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable license for the term of this Agreement to access and use the Software and Systems for the limited purpose of enabling Broker to obtain the Services. Pershing shall have the right to terminate or suspend such license and the provision of the Systems and Software to Broker in the event of breach of this Agreement that is not cured within thirty (30) days of Brokers’ receipt of Pershing’s notice of such breach.
