License to Use Work Product. With respect to any Work Product deliverables specified in a Statement of Work as being provided by Summit Imaging to Customer, Summit Imaging grants Customer a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use copies of each such Work Product solely in connection with its use of the Software to the same extent and pursuant to the same terms and conditions as provided in this Agreement for such Software.
License to Use Work Product. With respect to any Work Product deliverables specified in a Statement of Work as being provided by AgileAssets to Customer, AgileAssets grants Customer the non‐exclusive, worldwide, paid‐up license to use copies of each such deliverable solely in connection with its use of the Software to the same extent and pursuant to the same terms and conditions as provided in this Agreement for such Software.
License to Use Work Product. Once all amounts due under the applicable Order Form are paid in full and all claims have been satisfied, Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable license, so long as Customer complies with the terms of the Agreement, to use any Deliverables or other Work Product provided to it by Company under the applicable Order Form for Customer's internal business purposes. Customer shall not (a) use the Deliverables or Work Product to provide services to third parties (e.g., business process outsourcing, service bureau applications or third party training) other than to Customer's Affiliates; nor (b) lease, loan, resell, sublicense or otherwise distribute the Deliverables or Work Product other than to Customer's Affiliates.
