Order Form definition

Order Form means an ordering document specifying the Services to be provided hereunder that is entered into between You and Us or any of Our Affiliates, including any addenda and supplements thereto. By entering into an Order Form hereunder, an Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as if it were an original party hereto.
Order Form means the ordering document for a Cloud Service that references the GTC.
Order Form means the document entitled ‘’SAP Preferred Card Order Form’ agreed and signed by the parties, under which the Customer has ordered the SAP Education Preferred Card from SAP.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form: (a) a quantity in an Order Form refers to Authorized Users, and the Subscription Services may not be accessed by more than that number of Authorized Users: (b) an Authorized User’s password may not be shared with any other individual; and (c) an Authorized User identification may be reassigned to a new individual replacing one who no longer requires ongoing use of the Subscription Services.

  • In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any Order Form, SOW or other document referencing this Agreement that is executed by both Parties, this Agreement shall govern, except to the extent that the applicable Order Form, SOW or other executed document expressly states the intent of the Parties to supersede or change one or more provisions in this Agreement and clearly identifies the provision(s) to be superseded or changed.

  • Source will designate a Source project manager in each Order Form or SOW who will be responsible for coordinating Source’s provision of Professional Services under such Order Form or SOW.

  • Source may, in its sole discretion, subcontract or delegate any work under any Order Form or SOW to any third party without Customer’s prior written consent, provided that, Source shall remain responsible for the performance, acts and omissions of any such subcontractors.

  • This Agreement and any Order Form, SOW or other document executed in connection herewith may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute one Agreement.


More Definitions of Order Form

Order Form means an order form that specifies the Fees to be paid by Customer and includes the configuration, term, and other details about the Services to be provided by InterPayments executed between the Parties. Each Order Form is expressly incorporated into this Agreement. In the event of a direct conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of any Order Form, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.
Order Form means the relevant Order Form set out in Schedule 4 (Order Form and Call-Off Terms) of this Framework Agreement to be used by Contracting Bodies to order Services;
Order Form means the order form as further described and defined in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Order Form means the applicable ordering document for Services that references these GTCs.
Order Form means the document provided by SAP entitled ’SAP PlusPackage Order Form’ agreed and signed by the parties, under which the Customer has entered into the SAP Training and Adoption PlusPackage with SAP.
Order Form means any order form that references this Agreement and mutually executed by SAP and Provider. The Order Form shall include information regarding the Provider´s Customer, the specified SAP Cloud Services, the Territory, the Support terms, the pricing for the SAP Cloud Services and price related terms, and other terms and conditions for the provision or purchase of the SAP Cloud Service that the parties agree to include in the Order Form. The then current Order Form template will be made available by SAP either directly or via a Weblink.
Order Form means the ordering documents for purchases hereunder, including addenda thereto, that are entered into between You and Us from time to time. Order Forms shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.
