Order Form definition

Order Form means an ordering document specifying the Services to be provided hereunder that is entered into between You and Us or any of Our Affiliates, including any addenda and supplements thereto. By entering into an Order Form hereunder, an Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as if it were an original party hereto.
Order Form means the ordering document for a Cloud Service that references the GTC.
Order Form means the document entitled ‘’SAP Preferred Card Order Form’ agreed and signed by the parties, under which the Customer has ordered the SAP Education Preferred Card from SAP.

Examples of Order Form in a sentence

  • Customer will be invoiced in full for Training Services at the time of submission of the Order Form and expected to pay in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Security The following supplemental terms are effective as of the effective date of the relevant Order Form and are entered into by and between Illumio and Customer and will apply to and govern the Security Program (as defined below).

  • Customer: (a) will ensure that its Authorized Users comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including the applicable Order Form; (b) will promptly notify Illumio of any suspected or alleged breach of the Agreement; and (c) will cooperate in good faith with Xxxxxxx with respect to: (i) any investigation by Illumio of any suspected or alleged breach of the Agreement; or (ii) any action by Xxxxxxx to enforce the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

  • Fees: the fees payable by the Client to the Supplier as set out in the Order Form or as arising from charges on a post-paid model.


More Definitions of Order Form

Order Form means the form whereby CLIENT agrees to purchase the SERVICE from COMPANY as outlined therein, including any amendments or exhibits thereto, and Client Check List. The Order Form must be executed by both parties, and stands in addition to the AGREEMENT, but does not supersede rights and responsibilities as outlined in the AGREEMENT.
Order Form means the relevant Order Form set out in Schedule 4 (Order Form and Call-Off Terms) of this Framework Agreement to be used by Contracting Bodies to order Services;
