Order Form definition

Order Form means an ordering document specifying the Services to be provided hereunder that is entered into between You and Us or any of Our Affiliates, including any addenda and supplements thereto. By entering into an Order Form hereunder, an Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as if it were an original party hereto.
Order Form means the ordering document for a Cloud Service that references the GTC.
Order Form means the document entitled ‘’SAP Preferred Card Order Form’ agreed and signed by the parties, under which the Customer has ordered the SAP Education Preferred Card from SAP.

  • Fees are determined by counting the Units associated with the applicable Red Hat Product, as described in the Product Appendix and/or Order Form.

  • Affiliates of either party may conduct business under the Agreement by signing an Order Form or other document that references these General Terms and may include additional terms relating to pricing, local requirements or other transaction details.

  • This Order Form, together with the General Terms and Conditions available at xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx/governance-cloud-terms-conditions and the applicable Product Terms as identified at xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx/product-terms, form the entire agreement between the parties in respect of the products and services set forth in this Order Form (the “Agreement”).

More Definitions of Order Form

Order Form means the relevant Order Form set out in Schedule 4 (Order Form and Call-Off Terms) of this Framework Agreement to be used by Contracting Bodies to order Services;
Order Form means the order form as further described and defined in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

Order Form means any order form that references this Agreement and mutually executed by SAP and Provider. The then current Order Form template will be made available by SAP either directly or via a Weblink.
Order Form means the ordering documents for purchases hereunder, including addenda thereto, that are entered into between You and Us from time to time. Order Forms shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.
Order Form means a mutually agreed document such as an NCR Voyix order form or an on-line order form that includes the description, quantity, and price of the Products you commit to buy. Upon NCR Voyix’s acceptance of an Order or commencement of performance by NCR Voyix, each Order creates a separate and complete contract between the parties for the Products it covers and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements with respect to those Products. If there are conflicts, the order of precedence will be the Order Form, any agreed attachments, and finally the Agreement. Preprinted terms such as those typically found on purchase orders will not apply. Only authorized written or electronic, and not oral, communications will be binding upon a party. NCR Voyix may accept an Order expressly or by beginning performance. Unless the context requires otherwise, references in this document to this Agreement include any Order into which it is incorporated. In certain cases, you may except this Agreement by signing the Agreement itself. Whether accepted by signature of an Order or by signature of the Agreement itself, the individual singing on your behalf represents and warrants that he or she has the full right, capacity, and authority to enter into this Agreement on your behalf without further authorizations or approvals of any kind. This Agreement or an Order Form (as applicable) may be executed in several counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together constitute one and the same Agreement. A signature or other indication of acceptance received electronically or via any “click-to-accept” methodology will be legally binding for all purposes and equally effective as a wet ink signature. The following additional terms apply to the iOS version of the Software available for download in the App StoreSM, such terms control in the event of a conflict with the terms of the Agreement:
Order Form means the document provided by SAP entitled ’SAP PlusPackage Order Form’ agreed and signed by the parties, under which the Customer has entered into the SAP Learning PlusPackage with SAP.
