Common use of License to XXXX Clause in Contracts

License to XXXX. (i) Licensee hereby grants, and will require its sublicensee(s) to grant, to XXXX a world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, paid-up license, with the right to grant sublicenses, to the University of Wisconsin, the WiCell Research Institute and the Xxxxxxxxx Institute for Research, to make, have made, use and otherwise practice Developments for Non-Commercial Research Purposes in organizations associated with either XXXX or the University of Wisconsin.

License to XXXX. (i) Licensee hereby grants, and will shall require its sublicensee(s) to grant, to XXXX a world-wide, non-exclusivenonexclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, paid-up license, with the right to grant sublicenses, to the University of Wisconsin, the WiCell Research Institute and the Xxxxxxxxx Institute for Research, to make, have made, use and otherwise practice Developments for Non-Commercial Research Purposes in organizations associated with either XXXX or the University of WisconsinPurposes.

License to XXXX. (i) Licensee hereby grants, and will require its sublicensee(s) to grant, grants to XXXX a world-wide, non-exclusivenonexclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, paid-up license, with the right to grant sublicenses, sublicenses only to the University of Wisconsin, the WiCell Research Institute and the Xxxxxxxxx Institute for Research, to make, have made, practice and use and otherwise practice Developments only for Non-Commercial Research Purposes in organizations associated Purposes. Any such sublicensees shall be obligated to comply with either XXXX or the University of Wisconsinforegoing limitations and will not be entitled to grant further sub-sublicenses. The Developments shall be Licensee's Confidential Information and governed by Section 13.

License to XXXX. (i) Licensee hereby grants, and will require its sublicensee(s) to grant, grants to XXXX a world-wide, non-exclusivenonexclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, paid-up license, with the right to grant sublicenses, sublicenses to the University of Wisconsin, the WiCell Research Institute and the Xxxxxxxxx Institute for Research, to make, have made, practice and use and otherwise practice Developments for Non-Commercial Research Purposes Purposes, if XXXX does not otherwise have rights to or in organizations associated with either XXXX or the University of Wisconsinsuch Developments.
