Saturdays. (i) An employee called out to work on a Saturday will be paid for a minimum of four hours work calculated at one and a half times the ordinary prescribed rate for each call out.
(ii) Provided that the employee, if required to work for two hours or more, will be paid for a minimum of four hours work calculated at one and a half times the ordinary prescribed rate for the first two hours and at double the ordinary prescribed rate thereafter.
Saturdays. Sundays.
Saturdays. For the first four (4) hours at time and a half; double time thereafter.
Saturdays. All work performed on the first shift on Saturday shall be paid at time and one-half (1-1/2). All work after eight (8) hours on Saturday will be at double time, notwithstanding Section 3.3(a) Extended Work Week.
Saturdays. Sundays, and holidays shall not be considered working days in computing the time limits provided for above. Any written decision or written answer to a grievance made at any step which is not appealed to the succeeding step within the time limits provided, or such additional period of time as may be mutually agreed upon in writing, shall be considered a final settlement and such settlement shall be binding upon Rutgers, the Union and the employee or employees involved.
Saturdays. Any employee who works on a Saturday, other than scheduled shift, shall receive time and one half (1 ½) for all hours worked over the forty (40) hour total, with a guarantee of four (4) hours.
Saturdays. For the first 2 hours on any Saturday, before 12.00 noon, at the rate of time and one half:
Saturdays. Employees working shifts between midnight on Friday and midnight on Saturday shall be paid at the minimum rate of double time for ordinary hours of work.
Saturdays. (a) An Employee called back to work after 12 noon on a Saturday must be paid for a minimum of 4 hours’ work calculated at 200% of the minimum hourly rate.
Saturdays. Overtime worked on Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of time and a half for the first 3 hours and double time thereafter with a minimum payment of 3 hours at overtime rates. An employee shall not be entitled to a minimum payment in respect of each separate period of overtime worked within 12 hours of the commencement of the first period of overtime. No minimum payment shall apply where the overtime is continuous with an employee’s ordinary hours of work.
