Licensed Components with Keying Material. 7.3.1 Licensed Components with Keying Material may not be furnished, distributed, or sold by Adopter to any person or entity (other than its Have Made Party) except that if Adopter produces (or has produced by its Have Made Party) a Licensed Component with Keying Material, Adopter may sell such Licensed Component to a Fellow DTCP2 Adopter solely for incorporation by such Fellow DTCP2 Adopter (or its Have Made Party) into a Licensed Product produced by or on behalf of (by its Have Made Party) such Fellow DTCP2 Adopter if:
