LICENSED INTERNS. Licensed interns will be compensated at .75 FTE for a full-time position or equivalent proration. Intern supervisors will be selected with input from the Association. Intern supervisors will be assigned .2 FTE unless the District, after collaborating with the Association, determines that assignment of the .2 FTE will have an adverse program impact, then the District can hire a qualified intern supervisor who is not a member of the Association bargaining unit. This article does not apply to administrative interns.
