Parent Meetings. A unit member has the right to administrative support at any meeting with a parent if conditions indicate the need for administrative support.
Parent Meetings. Unit members will meet with parents, if requested by the parents, before or after the designated workday at a mutually agreed upon time. Such meetings will be scheduled when mutually satisfactory arrangements cannot be made with the parent to meet during the designated workday.
Parent Meetings. At least one parent from each family is required to attend all parent meetings. There is an orientation meeting at the beginning of the year for all families, and one or two meetings throughout the year for each class. At year’s end, we have another meeting to elect the new Board. Teachers may, at their discretion, cancel or add more meetings if they determine there is a need. Your attendance and participation at these meetings is valuable and necessary; failure to attend the annual, school- wide meetings (in September and April) without an excused absence from the president could result in a fine.
Parent Meetings. A teacher may elect to postpone a meeting requested by a parent that has not been scheduled in advance with the teacher. Such postponement will be for no more than 24 hours.
Parent Meetings. Each employee shall participate in one evening meeting with parents of two (2) hours as scheduled by the Employer. Employees shall be given at least thirty (30) days notice of all such meetings. Participation and attendance shall be mandatory for all employees on an annual basis.
Parent Meetings. If the District requires more than one open house/curriculum after school meeting per year, those additional meetings will be paid at the curriculum rate of pay.
Parent Meetings. The Employer agrees that any staff person required to attend the monthly parent meeting will be compensated at straight-time either in salary or in compensating time off.
Parent Meetings. Before each season, the Superintendents and Activities Directors shall schedule Parent Meetings for all students participating in all activities for that season (7th-12th grade). The following information should be covered during these meetings, although any other information necessary should be included: • Superintendents: Eligibility policies, updated policies, conflict protocol, sign-off procedures, and crowd expectations. • Activities Directors: Transportation schedules and times, Rschool and scheduling information.
Parent Meetings. Attendance at the Open House/Back to School Meeting is required for all Educators each school year. In addition, Educators will be required to attend one (1) building/district sponsored event each school year, if one is scheduled. Educators who are assigned to more than one building will be required to attend these meetings at their assigned home school.
Parent Meetings. Attendance is required at all PACE General Membership meetings. Members are required to vote per PACE at Xxxxxxxx By-Laws. If a family is unable to attend one of the meetings, they will need to contact the President to notify of your absence.
