Licensed Personnel of Doctor. Doctor shall be solely responsible for the selection, employment, training, and supervision of all licensed health care personnel, including, but not limited to physician assistants, nurses and medical assistants, as Doctor deems reasonably necessary and appropriate for Doctor's operation of the Practice, collectively, "Licensed Personnel", while performing Professional Services on the Premises. All Licensed Personnel shall at all times hold and maintain a valid and unlimited license to practice in the State. Payment of the compensation and related costs of such personnel shall be paid from the Practice Account.
