Licensee and its Affiliates shall. and Licensee shall cause its’ Sublicensee(s) to, take all steps necessary so that an independent certified public accountant, appointed by UFRF and reasonably acceptable to Licensee or the applicable Sublicensee may, within thirty (30) days of its written request, audit, or review all of the books and records required by Section 6.1
