Licensee Inspection Rights. The Licensee hereby grants to the Licensor the right upon three days' written notice, by certified mail, return receipt requested, to inspect, or cause to have inspected by the Licensor's duly authorized agent, all of the business books and records relating to AirKrete® Inc. including but not limited to the purchase or sale of any and all components used in the manufacturing of AirKrete® insulation.
