Common use of Licensee May Not Clause in Contracts

Licensee May Not. A. License, sell, or lease the Software to, or permit the use of the Software by or for the benefit of, any third party except as allowed under section 2.4E. B. Modify the Software or any part thereof. X. Xxxxxxx engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software under any circumstances. D. Copy any part of the Software unless this Agreement permits it. E. Remove or destroy any proprietary markings or legends, including copyright and trademark notices, appearing on or contained within any Software.
