Common use of Licensee may Clause in Contracts

Licensee may. A. Use the Software for Licensee’s own business subject to the limitations on the number of Licensee’s Authorized Users identified on the Purchase Schedule. B. Permit third parties (including Affiliated Providers) to use the Software on Licensee’s behalf solely for Licensee’s business if such third parties agree in writing to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Licensee will remain responsible for the compliance with these terms by such third parties using the Software.
