Licensee Responsible for Authorized Recipients Underreporting. On behalf of itself and its Licensee Affiliates, Licensee agrees that if an Authorized Recipient commits an act of underreporting, Licensee will be liable for such act of Authorized Recipient, as if it had committed a breach of its obligations under this License Agreement.
