Common use of Licensee to assist Clause in Contracts

Licensee to assist. The Licensee will do everything reasonably required by The Gap in order to protect The Gap’s Intellectual Property, including acknowledging The Gap’s Intellectual Property rights in appropriate documents it produces that contains The Gap’s Intellectual Property.
