Licensee to erect barricades etc. Where the Premises or any part of the Premises become to the knowledge of the Licensee (or which ought reasonably to be in the knowledge of the Licensee) unsafe, hazardous or dangerous the Licensee shall forthwith erect such warning signs, fences and barricades as may be necessary until the Premises are rendered safe.
