Licensee’s Failure to Comply with Statutory Requirements. Where the Licensee breaches any law in relation to its use of the Premises it is taken to breach a condition of the Licence, provided that: (a) the Licensee has been found guilty of the breach, and (b) the Licensor determines that the breach warrants the Termination of the Licence.
