Method of Service. A Notice may be given by:
(i) being personally delivered on a Party;
(ii) being left at the Party’s current address for service;
(iii) being sent to the Party’s current address for service by pre-paid ordinary mail; or
(iv) being sent by facsimile transmission to the Party’s current facsimile number for service provided that a copy of the notice is then delivered by one of the means described above.
Method of Service. Service of a Notice must be effected by one of the following methods:
Method of Service. Notices shall be in writing and effective upon either receipt of a hand-delivered notice or the posting of notice by first class mail, postage prepaid, to the address listed herein or such other address as a party may designate by providing written notice to the other party from time to time.
Method of Service. In addition to any lawful means, a communication may be given by:
(a) being personally served on a Party;
(b) being left at the Party's current address for service;
(c) being sent to the Party's current address for service by pre-paid ordinary mail or, if the address is outside Australia, by pre-paid air mail; or
(d) email to the Party’s current email address.
Method of Service. A notice or other communication given under this Agreement by any Party to the other Party shall be in writing (which shall include e-mail), signed in manuscript by or on behalf of the Party giving it (which includes a faxed or scanned manuscript signature or in the case of e-mail, that the message was sent from an e-mail address of the Party giving it (and which sender's e-mail address is one to which notices and other communications may also be validly delivered to that Party under this Clause 16.1 (Method of Service), in the English language and may be either: delivered personally by hand; or if sent from within the same jurisdiction in which the recipient's address is located, then sent by courier (or, if sent from outside the jurisdiction in which the recipient's address is located, then sent by international courier); or sent by facsimile; or sent by e-mail, in each case addressed to each Party in accordance with the notice details contained in the Key Information Table.
Method of Service. Where a notice is sent by post, service of the notice shall be deemed to be effected by properly addressing, prepaying and posting a letter containing the notice and to have been effected on the business day after the date of its posting. Notices and other documents for overseas shareholders shall be forwarded by air mail. Where notice is sent by facsimile transmission, notice shall be deemed to be effected forthwith upon such transmission, unless the member subsequently establishes that the notice was not in fact received by its facsimile machine.
Method of Service. All notices, filings and pleadings required or permitted by this Section 8 and/or the AAA Rules shall be in writing to the AAA, with a copy to the other party given by first class mail, facsimile or overnight courier.
Method of Service. A Notice may be given by:
(a) delivery to the physical address of the relevant party;
(b) sending it by email to the email address of the relevant party.
Method of Service. All disciplinary and grievance documents, including notice of discipline; grievance; responses; and notice of intent to arbitrate, shall be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested.
Method of Service. A notice under or in connection with this Agreement (“Notice”) must be in writing, in the English language and:
(a) delivered personally; or
(b) sent by prepaid post; or
(c) if being sent to an overseas destination, sent by prepaid airmail; or
(d) sent by fax; or
