Method of Service. A Notice may be given by: (i) being personally delivered on a Party; (ii) being left at the Party’s current address for service; (iii) being sent to the Party’s current address for service by pre-paid ordinary mail; or (iv) being sent by facsimile transmission to the Party’s current facsimile number for service provided that a copy of the notice is then delivered by one of the means described above.

Method of Service. Service of a Notice must be effected by one of the following methods:
Method of Service. Notices shall be in writing and effective upon either receipt of a hand-delivered notice or the posting of notice by first class mail, postage prepaid, to the address listed herein or such other address as a party may designate by providing written notice to the other party from time to time.

Method of Service. Where a notice is sent by post, service of the notice shall be deemed to be effected by properly addressing, prepaying and posting a letter containing the notice and to have been effected on the business day after the date of its posting. Notices and other documents for overseas shareholders shall be forwarded by air mail. Where notice is sent by facsimile transmission, notice shall be deemed to be effected forthwith upon such transmission, unless the member subsequently establishes that the notice was not in fact received by its facsimile machine.
Method of Service. All notices, filings and pleadings required or permitted by this Section 8 and/or the AAA Rules shall be in writing to the AAA, with a copy to the other party given by first class mail, facsimile or overnight courier.
