Common use of Licenses, Fees and Permits Clause in Contracts

Licenses, Fees and Permits. Pursuant to Section H.1, Contractors are responsible for all licenses, fees and permits needed to perform work under this contract. However, when a MSFU is dispatched outside the state of the DDP, the following shall apply: (1) Additional licenses, fees and permits required as a result of being dispatched to an incident outside the State of the DDP, shall be credited on a cost reimbursable basis to payments due the Contractor. (2) Proof of expenditures in the form of copies of receipts for licenses, fees, and permits shall be attached to form 1276-C. (3) Payment shall be limited to those vehicles that comprise the MSFU as specified in Contractor’s current Unit Summary.

(2) 5.3.2 Proof of expenditures in the form of copies of receipts for licenses, fees, and permits shall be attached to form 1276-C. (3) 5.3.3 Payment shall be limited to those vehicles that comprise the MSFU as specified in Contractor’s current Unit Summary.
