Licenses; Permits; Zoning. Borrower has all necessary (i) certificates, licenses, and other approvals, governmental or otherwise, for the operation of the Property and the conduct of its business; and (ii) zoning, building, code, land use, environmental and other similar permits or approvals, all of which are currently in full force and effect and not subject to revocation, suspension, forfeiture or modification.

  • Licenses, Permits, Etc (a) The Company and its Subsidiaries own or possess all licenses, permits, franchises, authorizations, patents, copyrights, proprietary software, service marks, trademarks and trade names, or rights thereto, that individually or in the aggregate are Material, without known conflict with the rights of others.

  • Permits, Licenses Contractor and all Contractor’s employees or agents shall secure and maintain in force all permits and licenses that are required by law in connection with the furnishing of Services pursuant to this Agreement.

The Company has all franchises, permits, licenses and any similar authority necessary for the conduct of its business as now being conducted by it, the lack of which could materially and adversely affect the business, assets, properties or financial condition of the Company and believes it can obtain, without undue burden or expense, any similar authority for the conduct of its business as planned to be conducted.
