Licensing and Credentials. Grantee hereby agrees to maintain, in full force and effect, all required governmental or professional licenses and credentials for itself, its facilities and for its employees and all other persons engaged in work in conjunction with this agreement.

Licensing and Credentials. (a) In-Home CDA Certified Instructors are to maintain their license as an early educator. Each CDA child care worker shall turn in and keep up with all required CEU’s and documentation.
(b) Each childcare worker must hold an up to date CPR and First Aid certification
(c) Babysitters are not required to have a CDA credential.
Licensing and Credentials. Participant shall, at all times during the course of this Agreement, maintain any and all licenses necessary to serve as an insurance agent or broker in their jurisdiction. Participant shall provide proof of such licensure upon request of DWC.
