LICENSING AND REGISTRATION. Each General Agent is hereby authorized to recommend Registered Representatives for appointment by the Insurance Companies and only individuals so recommended by a General Agent shall become Registered Representatives hereunder. Allmerica shall arrange for the Insurance Companies to apply for life insurance agent appointments in the appropriate jurisdictions for such recommended Registered Representatives. Until Contracts of First Allmerica are offered for sale, applications for appointments shall only be made on behalf of Allmerica Financial Life. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Insurance Companies and Allmerica reserve the right to refuse to appoint any proposed Registered Representative and/or to terminate any Registered Representative who has been appointed by the Insurance Companies.
LICENSING AND REGISTRATION. The CM warrants that all persons directly connected to the CM and providing CM’s services under this Contract will be duly registered and/or licensed under the laws, rules and regulations of any authority having jurisdiction over the Project or the services.

The Contractor represents and warrants that all persons who are directly in charge of Contractor’s Work or services under this Agreement are duly registered and/or licensed under the laws, rules and regulations of any authority having jurisdiction over the Project or the services to the extent such licensure or registration is required .

The Broker-Dealer is hereby authorized to recommend Registered Representatives for appointment by the Insurance Companies and only individuals so recommended by the Broker-Dealer shall become Registered Representatives hereunder. Allmerica shall arrange for the Insurance Companies to apply for life insurance agent appointments in the appropriate jurisdictions for such recommended Registered Representatives. Until Contracts of First Allmerica are offered for sale, applications for appointments shall only be made on behalf of Allmerica Financial Life. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Insurance Companies and Allmerica reserve the right to refuse to appoint any proposed Registered Representative and/or to terminate any Registered Representative or firm who has been appointed by the Insurance Companies.
LICENSING AND REGISTRATION. In addition to the representations and warranties contained in GC 4, the Service Provider represents and warrants that:
a) it is registered to conduct business in Nova Scotia, and it shall remain so registered for the duration of the Term.
b) as may be required by Project, the Service Provider’s employees and subcontractors are licensed, certified, registered or otherwise authorized to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by law and applicable professional associations and shall maintain such license, certification, registration or authorization for the duration of the Term.
LICENSING AND REGISTRATION. Registered Rep shall remain:
a. registered with the NASD and, if necessary, any applicable state securities regulatory authority; and
b. licensed as an insurance agent with authority to sell Variable Products in any State in which Registered Rep will sell such Variable Products. Registered Rep shall take all steps necessary to keep all such registrations and licenses in force during the term of this Agreement.
LICENSING AND REGISTRATION. Contractor represents that it is a -------------------------- properly registered securities broker and/or dealer under applicable federal and state securities laws and regulations. Each party hereto represents that it is a member in good standing of the NASD, and agrees to notify immediately the other should it cease to be either a member in good standing of the NASD, and/or should it cease to be a member of the NASD. It is further agreed that all rules and/or regulations of the NASD now in effect or hereafter adopted, which are binding upon underwriters and dealers in the distribution of variable life insurance products and variable annuity contracts and such other regulations applicable to Contractor and NES, shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein.

LICENSING AND REGISTRATION. The vehicle rental company must be fully licensed, registered, and compliant with all relevant local and national regulations to operate as a vehicle rental service.
