LICENSING AND REGISTRATION. The Contractor represents and warrants that all persons who are directly in charge of Contractor’s Work or services under this Agreement are duly registered and/or licensed under the laws, rules and regulations of any authority having jurisdiction over the Project or the services to the extent such licensure or registration is required .
