Licensing/Certification. When bargaining unit employees are required by law to retain licenses and/or certification for continuance of employment, District shall assume 2 financial responsibility for employee time.
Licensing/Certification. When the District requires any bargaining unit employee to have a CDL license or other required license or certification, the employee shall be reimbursed for the cost of procuring said license or certification. In the case of a CDL license, the District shall reimburse the cost of the applicable portion of an employee's CDL license upon presentation of the employee's CDL license renewal notice.
