Licensing of Goods Vehicles. Each goods vehicle used by the DBFO Co or the Contractor or any sub-contractor in connection with the Operations shall display the vehicle licence disc relevant in the Goods Operator's licence under which the vehicle is operated or, in the absence of an Operator's licence disc, the vehicle shall carry documentation giving the operator's licence number, name and address.
