Common use of Licensing of Project Material generally Clause in Contracts

Licensing of Project Material generally. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Recipient grants, or must procure for, the Department a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence (including a right of sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, communicate, publish, broadcast and exploit the Project Material (excluding Secret and Sacred Material) for any non-commercial purpose.
