Common use of Licensing Procedure Clause in Contracts

Licensing Procedure. Rampiva will issue a temporary Rampiva License Key for the Product until the License Fee has been paid in full. Upon payment of the Licensee Fee and other applicable fees, Rampiva will issue to the Licensee a Rampiva License Key that enables the use of the Product for the remainder of the License Term.

Licensing Procedure. Rampiva will issue a temporary Rampiva License Key Credential for the Product until the License Fee has all applicable license fees have been paid in full. Upon payment of the Licensee Fee licensee fees and other applicable fees, Rampiva will issue update the applicable License Credential to the Licensee a Rampiva License Key that enables enable the use of the Product for the remainder of the License Term. Rampiva, at its sole discretion, may elect to provide the License Credential in the form of a License Key or a License File.
