Common use of Licensor Alterations Clause in Contracts

Licensor Alterations. (i) Licensor shall have the right to make alterations or other changes to the Arena, in its sole discretion and at its sole cost and expense; provided that Licensor shall be required to obtain the prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) of the Knicks to the extent that any such alterations or changes could reasonably be expected to impact the Knicks’ rights or obligations hereunder, or the presentation, set-up, use or operation of the Arena for any Knicks Event.
