Common use of LICENSOR’s Products Clause in Contracts

LICENSOR’s Products. LICENSOR shall not be prohibited from licensing or similar arrangements with respect to the Technology. LICENSOR is expressly permitted to utilize the Technology on any basis it chooses, at any time, for producing and commercializing its own products under the terms of the Asset Purchase Agreement it effected with LICENSEE dated November 18, 2020.

LICENSOR’s Products. LICENSOR shall not be prohibited from licensing or similar arrangements with respect to the Technology. LICENSOR is expressly permitted to utilize the its Technology on any basis it chooses, at any time, for producing and commercializing its own products under the terms of the Asset Purchase Agreement it effected with LICENSEE dated November 18, 2020products.

LICENSOR’s Products. LICENSOR shall not be prohibited from licensing (i) licensing, or similar arrangements arrangements, with respect to the TechnologyTechnology within the Territory; or (ii) licensing its Technology on any basis, at all times and in all locations, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Subject to Subsection 2a) above, LICENSOR is expressly permitted to utilize the its Technology on any basis it chooses, at any time, for producing and commercializing its own products under the terms of the Asset Purchase Agreement it effected with LICENSEE dated November 18, 2020products.

LICENSOR’s Products. Except as set forth herein, the LICENSOR shall not be prohibited from licensing or similar arrangements with respect to the Technology. LICENSOR is expressly permitted to utilize the its Technology on any basis it chooses, at any time, for producing and commercializing its own products under the terms of the Asset Purchase Agreement it effected with LICENSEE dated November 18, 2020products.

LICENSOR’s Products. LICENSOR shall not be prohibited from licensing or similar arrangements with respect to the TechnologyTechnology outside of the Territory, subject to the terms of this Agreement, including the semi-exclusivity provisions and License Options and Product Options. LICENSOR is expressly permitted to utilize the its Technology on any basis it chooses, at any time, for producing and commercializing its own products under the terms of the Asset Purchase Agreement it effected with LICENSEE dated November 18, 2020products.
