Licensure and Experience Levels. Each Medical Provider shall maintain an unrestricted license to practice his or her specialty in the State and at all times shall be in good standing with the appropriate licensing board. Each Medical Provider shall have a level of competence, experience and skill at least comparable to that prevailing in the community.
