Qualifications and Standards. Practice shall take all necessary actions to ensure that each Medical Provider satisfies the following conditions at all times during the Term:
Qualifications and Standards. The USACE shall ensure that all work conducted in conjunction with this PA is performed in a manner consistent with the Secretary of Interior’s “Standards and Guidelines for Archeology and Historic Preservation” (48 FR 44716-44740; September 23, 1983), as amended, or the Secretary of the Interior’s (SOI) “Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties” (36 CFR § 68). Survey methodology and reporting shall adhere to the updated standards and guidelines established by the Council of Texas Archeologists (CTA).
Qualifications and Standards. The qualifications for a position may not be established in an arbitrary or discriminatory manner. Furthermore, the standards used in the selection of applicants shall be uniformly applied and shall be related to the required qualifications, skills and abilities in the job description and posting.
Qualifications and Standards the CONSULTANT agrees that all services shall be performed by skilled and competent personnel in accordance with generally accepted professional standards.
Qualifications and Standards. The CONTRACTOR shall conduct an adequate background check on each Petaluma Transit driver to ensure all drivers meet the following standards and are qualified to perform Petaluma Transit transportation services: ▪ All operators must be employees (full or part time) of the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR may not sub-contract with individuals to execute trip assignments. ▪ Continuous possession of a valid driver's license, a California DMV Transit Certificate, passenger endorsement, air brake endorsement (fixed-route only), VTT (fixed-route only) and current possession of a Class A, or B license (fixed-route only). ▪ Not more than two moving violations in the past five years and no DWI/DUI convictions within the last seven years. ▪ Ability to read, write, and speak English. Spanish-speaking drivers are desired. ▪ Sensitivity to passenger's needs. Petaluma Transit seeks drivers who are good with people and calm in the face of traffic and stressful conditions. ▪ Must pass Federal Drug and Alcohol Testing regulations. (See Appendix B) ▪ Candidates with felony conviction history must be identified by CONTRACTOR and made subject to review of conviction history and approval by CITY prior to hiring.
Qualifications and Standards. (a) Nothing herein shall require a Stockholder to vote in favor of any New Investor Designee, Participating Investor Designee or Series B-2 Designee as to whom disclosure would be required pursuant to Item 401(d) of Regulation S-B promulgated by the SEC or who does not possess the necessary skills and qualifications to serve as a director, as required by applicable law or SEC rules and regulations, the rules and regulations of any stock market or exchange on which the Company's Common Stock is traded, or the governance policies of the Company, as adopted and amended from time to time (provided, however, that all such standards shall be applied consistently and in good faith).
(b) The Investor Designees shall be required to complete a Director and Officer questionnaire in the Company's standard form. Subject to the fiduciary obligations of the Board of Directors to the Company's stockholders based on advice of legal counsel and the directors' review and approval (not to be unreasonably withheld) of such questionnaire and any other relevant information, in each case as applied on a consistent basis to each other director and each nominee, the Company shall (i) nominate and recommend in the Company's proxy statement and/or other materials the New Investor Designees, the Participating Investor Designees, the Series B-2 Investor Designees and the Independent Director nominees as directors of the Company's Board of Directors at each annual or special meeting of stockholders of the Company entitled to vote with respect thereto, and (ii) in the event that any such directors shall resign or be removed as a director for any reason during the period that Section 3.2(d) is in effect, fill the vacancy resulting thereby with another Investor Designee, Participating Investor Designee, Series B-2 Investor Designee or Independent Director nominees, as applicable.

We represent and warrant to TTCD that we meet all the qualifications and standards set by the Rules for a Participation in the category of of Rule 1.4.15 and that all information given by us in relation to this application is true and correct. We undertake that where we are subject to the jurisdiction of a regulatory agency (other than TTCD or the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange) we will promptly inform TTCD of any correspondence with such regulatory agency which does or might affect our qualification as a Participant.

The USACE shall ensure that all work conducted in conjunction with this PA is performed in a manner consistent with the Secretary of Interior’s “Standards and Guidelines for Archeology and Historic Preservation” (48 FR 44716-44740; September 23, 1983), as amended, the Secretary of the Interior’s “Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties” (36 CFR § 68), National Register Bulletin 15 “How to Apply the National Register Criteria for Evaluation” (NPS 1990), and the requirements for archaeological survey as outlined in the Archeological Survey Standards for Texas (Texas Historical Commission) approved in 2020, as appropriate. The USACE shall ensure that the Principal Investigator hired to conduct the work will meet the Secretary of Interior’s standards, and is able to be issued a Texas Antiquities Permit.

The USACE shall ensure that all work conducted in conjunction with this PA is performed in a manner consistent with the Secretary of Interior’s “Standards and Guidelines for Archeology and Historic Preservation” (48 FR 44716-44740; September 23, 1983), as amended, or the Secretary of the Interior’s “Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties” (36 CFR 68), as appropriate. Additionally, for any Texas state public land, the USACE will ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the Antiquities Code of Texas (Texas Natural Resources Code, Title 9, Chapter 191) and the Texas Administrative Code, Title 13, Part 2.
Qualifications and Standards. A. The Applicant shall ensure that all work carried out pursuant to this PA shall be done by or under the direct supervision of archaeological professionals who meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualifications Standards. The BLM and the Applicant shall ensure that consultants retained for services pursuant to the PA meet these standards.
B. The Applicant has obtained the services of a Cultural Resources Consultant/Contractor (CRC) that is a qualified and permitted professional consultant in cultural resources (archaeologist, historian, ethnographer, historic architect, architectural historian, or anthropologist) who is responsible for implementing cultural resource inventories and who prepares cultural resource documents, reports, analysis, records, and professional literature. The CRC meets the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualification Standards and holds appropriate permits from land managing agencies.
C. The BLM shall ensure that all work and reporting performed under this PA meets, at a minimum, the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines for Archaeological and Historic Preservation (48 CFR 44716-44742, September 23, 1983) (the Secretary’s Standards) and takes into consideration the ACHP’s handbook, Section 106 Archaeology Guidance (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/archguide);
