Qualifications and Experience. The skills and knowledge needed for entry to this level are beyond those normally acquired through completion of a TAFE certificate IV or associate diploma alone. They might be acquired through completion of a degree or diploma course with little or no relevant work experience, or through lesser formal qualifications with relevant work skills, or through relevant experience and work skills commensurate with the requirements of work in this level.
Qualifications and Experience. An employee in this level will have commenced on-the-job training which may include an induction course.
Qualifications and Experience. As a minimum an employee in this level will have satisfactorily completed the requirements of level 1 or equivalent. Indicative but not exclusive of the qualifications required in this level include Home Care Certificate or equivalent; or relevant experience/on-the-job training commensurate with the requirements of work in this level.

They might also be acquired through higher formal qualifications either in the field of specialist expertise or in management, together with a shorter period of experience, or they might be acquired through lesser formal qualifications with extensive relevant experience.

Qualifications and Experience. Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited Tertiary Institution in Education, Engineering, Science and other related field; • Minimum of eight (8) years post qualification relevant work experience in reputable Institutions, four (4) years of which should be in a senior management position; • Teaching experience would be an advantage; • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the Ghana Education Service Council in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.

A minimum of Master’s Degree in Education or related field from an accredited tertiary institution; • Minimum of ten (10) years post qualification relevant work experience in a reputable Institutions, five (5) years of which should be in a senior management position and curriculum development; • Teaching experience would be an advantage; • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the Public Services Commission in consultation with the Governing Council.
