LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND STAFFING REQUIREMENTS. A. Licensure and Certification. CONTRACTOR shall furnish qualified professional personnel as prescribed by Title 9 of the California Code of Regulations, the California Business and Professions Code, the California Welfare and Institutions Code, and all other applicable laws for the type of services rendered under this Agreement. All personnel providing services pursuant to this Agreement shall be fully licensed in accordance with all applicable law and shall remain in good professional standing throughout the entire duration of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall comply with all COUNTY and State certification and licensing requirements and shall ensure that all services delivered by staff are within their scope of licensure and practice.
